Irish signee Temple Gibbs Jr. is more than just a crafty scorer at the rim.

The West Orange (N.J.) Seton Hall Prep standout participated in the Derby Festival event in Louisville, Ky., on Friday night, winning the halftime three-point contest against a finals field that included Xavier signee Quentin Goodin and Auburn commit Jared Harper.

Ranked as a four-star prospect and the No. 64 overall prospect nationally by Rivals.com, Gibbs sank 13-of-24 (54 percent) three-point tries in one minute.

He played 20 minutes in the actual all-star game, scoring 10 points on 5-of-11 shooting and dishing out three assists.
