Video: Mike Sanford Wants Quarterbacks To ‘Reinvent’ Themselves This Spring

Notre Dame offensive coordinator Mike Sanford isn’t new to spring quarterback competitions. Sanford said Monday during a breakout interview with reporters that every spring camp that he has been part of throughout the course of his playing and coaching career has always involved some type of competition under center. That’s why he thinks the key this spring for DeShone Kizer, Malik Zaire and Brandon Wimbush will be for each quarterback to reinvent themselves.
